Excellent staff. They clearly care and were always professional. My room was a nice place to stay for a few weeks. Some of the guests were... quirky, but I had no problems with anyone. I'd stay again.

Our stay at stayAPT Suites in Webster was incredibly welcoming and stress-free. Mae truly goes above and beyond. She wears so many hats and manages everything with a warm smile and a positive attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and the property. A special shout-out to Armand as well. He has a wonderful, helpful personality and always responds with a sense of urgency. It’s rare to find people who are both so kind and efficient. The team here made our stay comfortable from beginning to end. The facility is clean, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. We never had a single issue during our month stay.

The Manager Mae was fantastic. We rented 8 rooms and she went above and beyond providing excellent service. She was accommodating and available to provide any assistance we needed. Mae is awesome... thank you!!!

I've stayed here for almost 3 months now and it's been really great. May and Vincent have been very hospitable and understanding when I had issues with my suite or payment processing with my company card. Thank you for being awesome, I will be back on my next work trip

This is our second stay at this hotel, and it’s just as wonderful as the first time. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have everything you need — it really feels like your own cozy apartment. Everything is spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Honestly, I could live here! The staff are amazing — always friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank May, who goes above and beyond every single time. She’s incredibly kind, professional, and always does everything (and even the impossible!) to make guests feel happy and cared for. It truly feels like home, and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this place!

I stayed here over the weekend as my Doberman and I were in town for some dog sporting event. I really liked this place! The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing negative was when someone is wheeling their luggage down the hallway in the early morning, or late night, it sounds really loud. But this is because of how this hotel is made, and there's really nothing that can be done. The manager, Vincent, and staff were polite and professional. The grounds are also kept clean, and the rates are very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed here to decompress from life and the man who answered the phone was really nice and accommodating. It was also late in the evening as well. I checked in with ease, and went to my room and was impressed with all of the amenities for the price. It also was VERY clean and tidy. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the hospitality.

This location is clean with nice amenities. Friendly and attentive staff. We like the uncluttered decor and the comfortable beds. Good smart TV selections. The location is easy to access. Only an hour to Galveston or Bush airport. Half hour to Hobby. This is our second time here and we will be back.
